How do I clean and care for my Gaiam yoga mat?
For most mats, we recommend wiping them down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent or our organic mat wash. Always allow your mat to air dry completely before rolling it up, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
What is your return policy for yoga gear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some personal care items may be final sale.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to serve the global yoga community in the near future.
Are your yoga mats eco-friendly and latex-free?
Many of our mats, including our Performance line, are 6P-free and latex-free, making them a safer choice for you and the planet. Please check the specific product specifications for the material breakdown of each mat.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer service team within one hour of placement, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
