At Gaiam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your yoga gear or wellness equipment doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
